Engagement Manager Job Description

The Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, managing complex accounts, and serving as the primary point of contact. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing overall client experience, identifying and addressing client needs, and driving business growth through improved retention and client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Seek opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts.

  • Nurture working relationships with clients throughout the project cycle.

  • Track client processes and provide timely assistance.

  • Design and execute tailored solutions to meet client needs.

  • Lead and handle complex accounts effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

  • Manage client expectations and oversee the delivery of client requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, project management, and consulting.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal).

  • Detail and goal-oriented with proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (a strong plus).

Credentials:

  • Project management certification desired (e.g., CSM, APM).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
