Salesforce Customer Success Manager-Contract

Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients' Salesforce portfolios. Acting as the bridge between our clients and our service team, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into effective Salesforce strategies and ensuring seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute day-to-day tasks required for delivering world-class Salesforce solutions.

·         Manage multiple client accounts, from smaller projects to complex endeavors, with a focus on meeting or exceeding both team and client expectations.

·         Ensure timely and efficient goal attainment.

·         Effectively communicate project details to team members to align solutions with client campaign requirements.

·         Identify and resolve issues, applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

·         Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.

·         Translate client requests into effective digital strategies.

Requirements:

·         1 year of experience in a similar role

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, establishing trust with clients and team members.

·         Exceptional project management abilities, including effective prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.

·         Fundamental knowledge of the Salesforce product landscape, with proficiency in areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

·         Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

·         Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.

·         Demonstrated experience in delegation and task management.

·         Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple accounts in various stages.

·         A keen eye for User Experience.

·         Facilitates seamless information flow with strategy, design, content, and development teams.

·         Manages project progress tracking, updates, analysis, and budgeting where applicable.
