Controlling Law

If you access the Services on our websites, the laws of Canada specifically the courts in New Brunswick, Canada are applicable to govern these Terms and the use of the Services. All claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.

Disputes

If a dispute arises between you and Connect VIP, our goal is to provide a cost-effective means of quickly resolving the dispute. If unresolved, the courts in New Brunswick, Canada will be used to settle the dispute.
