  • Experience: Ontario Barrister & Solicitor called to the Bar in 2023, with experience advising on major infrastructure projects, design-build agreements, procurement matters, employment issues, commercial agreements, and real estate transactions. Experienced in drafting pleadings and motion materials, conducting examinations for discovery, and representing clients before Ontario courts and administrative tribunals, including the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Trilingual in English, French, and Arabic, with additional expertise in electrical and aerospace engineering.
