Scope of Position

Salesforce Project Manager (Remote - Canada)
Connect VIP Recruitment is partnering with a prominent Canadian enterprise to source a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Project Manager. This is a 100% remote opportunity for a professional who excels at leading complex implementations, ensuring timely delivery, and driving successful adoption across the business.
Scope of Position
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and optimization projects, serving as the critical link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors. This role requires mastery of project management methodologies, strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines across multiple Canadian-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and execute large-scale Salesforce projects, including roadmap definition, resource allocation, and budget management.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, escalating critical items to leadership as necessary.
Oversee the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring quality assurance and successful system adoption.
Facilitate effective communication across development, QA, and business teams, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and external consulting teams for specific project deliverables.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years dedicated to managing Salesforce implementation projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or others).
Certifications: Active Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) and a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, development methodology (Agile/Scrum), and release management processes.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Location: Must be eligible to work in Canada and capable of working effectively in a 100% remote capacity across Canadian time zones.
